U-Haul has horrible customer service it took me five different people to make a reservation and then once I went to rent the truck the dealer didn’t know anything about U-Haul. He didn’t know how the equipment work he couldn’t explain anything to me. U-Haul is not the same company they used to be. I reserved a Penske truck because I will not go through hell in order to rent a truck again. U-Haul is no more in my mind.

Madalyn TIt was a bit hard to find. The app wasn’t working to check vehicles in and the wait time for phone call support was 45 minutes. So make sure to check in at the desk.

Toby BMy problem isn't with the location or the gas station employee who was new and not familiar with the Uhaul rental process. My problem was with the laborious process it took to actually get the truck that I had registered for online days before I was to pick it up. After registering, I was told I was good to go, but upon going to the location to pick up the truck, there was much more paperwork to be done. It was an hour later that we actually were able to get the truck. We have used Uhaul before, and the experience wasn't at all frustrating - we registered and then went and got the truck. This time it was VERY frustrating!
LARRY WI really needed a bigger truck but I first went to a dealer in Beaumont who mis lead me. Dayton Food Mart saved my day. Thanks for the help.
DANNY RThis place charged my account $110.73 and $ 43.84 to use a truck to go around the corner. They need to pay attention to what they are doing. My account is overdrawn due to this issue. I will never rent a truck from them again. Find a new agent to represent u haul or you all are going to lose a lot of business be behind that location
