Very disrespectful, bragging about being the owner, not explaining the fees correctly resulting on me getting way overcharged for a very small truck and a very short trip. Never again uhaul. I will pass it on to everyone i can.
Demetrie RPick up at the location the customer indicated when creating the rental would be much appreciated. Had to pick up at a location further from our home which added to the cost of rental. Not fair to customer.
