ARTY VAfter many days of making the reservation, I received a call the afternoon before, telling me it wasn't possible "one way," that I had to return the truck, and they changed the pickup location to one farther from my house. Why would the U-Haul website offer online services that they then deny, just hours beforehand, with no time to opt out of another company? The truck was disgusting, the cab covered in mud, spilled soda on the dashboard, dog hair, and I had to sweep up trash in the back cargo area. I had to return the truck to Miami and ended up paying more than I expected. Terrible.

ANGELO CThis was my first time using U-Haul, and it started off a bit rough. When I arrived and paid for my rental truck, the key wasn’t even thereeee. That was confusing and frustrating imagine paying for something you can’t even use! Thankfully, the staff booked me another truck, but I had to pay again. That truck worked, but the gas situation was disappointing. The tank wasn’t full when I got it, yet I was required to return it with a full tank. We didn’t even drive it that much, but I still had to spend extra to fill it up. It just didn’t feel fair. I appreciate having the truck when we needed it, but I hope these issues can be improved for a better customer experience next time.
