I left the store thinking that all the process was great and Uhaul has one of the best services. I called other store first and they helped by placing the reservation at the Postal Center for me because they didnt have the truck I was looking for available. the Pickup process with the app was super easy. At one point it stopped working but I called the 1800 number and they helped me and solved it in 2 minutes. Excellent service. I will recommend Uhaul and the Postal Center to my friends.

Attendant was not very welcoming and almost seemed like he was doing me a favor with the rental pick up. Also did not take the time to teach me how to hook up trailer or show me. Just hooked it up and walked away.
