There was a problem with the U-Haul website and the owner of the business tried several times to send me an email or a text and it would not allow him to send me either. We wasted about 45 minutes. This put us behind schedule as we are event designers and we had two events that day

Took forever to get out the door. I told the staff where I was taking the truck and where I was dropping it off at . I got charged an extra $130.00 on my credit card. I will have a hard time giving U-Haul a referral.
