I was asked whether the truck was clean. The truck didn’t have major contamination, but was not 100% spotless, with some minor dirt. Because it was not 100% clean, I tried to say no, and then web interface didn’t let me proceed, probably until I refuse to receive the truck and ask for a new one. Of course, it was definitely usable, so I changed my answer to yes. Maybe you could rephrase the question to something like “Does the truck need a car wash now?” Just an idea.
