I had a 7 AM confirmed reservation, but upon arrival the app was not working and i made 9 calls before someone was able to help, but still not get me my vehicle. I had to wait until they opened, and lost hours of valuable time , which wind up costing me a $75 fee as I missed my daughter’s scheduled move in time

Gloria SThe key was not out on time, luckily someone was there to help but it was technically closed so it caused anxiety while two people tried to unlock a box that wasn’t the correct one. Also got charged for going under 1/4 tank when it was already at 1/4 tank, making it impossible to do the option of not refilling the tank. Refuting the charge.
Annika CI was asked whether the truck was clean. The truck didn’t have major contamination, but was not 100% spotless, with some minor dirt. Because it was not 100% clean, I tried to say no, and then web interface didn’t let me proceed, probably until I refuse to receive the truck and ask for a new one. Of course, it was definitely usable, so I changed my answer to yes. Maybe you could rephrase the question to something like “Does the truck need a car wash now?” Just an idea.
