I was ripped off … I paid $53 dollars on a 19.95 truck. I was told I had to fill the tank to a 1/4 become the last person didn’t and I would be reimbursed and I was not . I was told that if I used less mileage that I would be reimburse for the unused mileage. I was not. This was a complete rip off. I will not be using U-Haul again.
