Lower your milage rates. This is the third time this year that you have raised the per-mile rate for the rentals. It amounts to HIGHWAY ROBBERY! You should be ashamed of your greedy selves. Your per-mile prices are WAY too high! Since I rent vans often to carry my wares and equipment to art fairs, I am going to find a different vehicle rental company that is more affordable. While I like this location and their staff, I can not afford your outrageous mileage prices. And now that you have raised the prices again, you are forcing me to your competitors.MICHAEL P.

It was not clear to me when I made my reservation online that I would pay double for all of the rental equipment (dollys and pads) since I rented the truck and equip for 2 days. Also, I don't think your online system allowed my to pick my pick-up time, which I would have liked.Danielle N.

As much as I liked using that nice, new, clean truck, I will probably look elsewhere next month for my next rental because of your outrageous mileage charges. Get rid of that STUPID E-ALERT SYSTEM. It not only embarrassed me, but it delayed my rental for 20 minutes. Furthermore, I had already paid the bill that was flagged in the STUPID E-ALERT SYSTEM. The only reason I was delayed is because your STUPID E-ALERT SYSTEM FAILED ME. Besides the STUPID E-ALERT SYSTEM delay, the rental was great. The staff at Postal Solutions was friendly and professional. The rental pick up truck was great and even drove better than my own car. But that STUPID E-ALERT SYSTEM, GRRRRRRRRR!Gerardo L.

This location was troublesome. They rented me a truck that was dirty but not too bad. I returned the truck a couple hours later and they said that the truck was clean when I received it. The manager argued with me despite my ability to prove the vehicle was dirty prior to me renting it. Poor poor service and unacceptable behavior.RODNEY H.

I just relocated from out of state. Although I had provided all the required information when I registered online, I was held up at the front counter for almost 25 minutes providing additional information because I had an out of state license. My employee ID badge confirmed I worked for a large well known company. The clerk said he would need to keep my employee ID badge until I returned the van. This was totally unnecessary and unacceptable given that I provided a confirmed local address, local employer and local reference that was called to confirm my identity. I rented the van for 3 hours ONLY to pick up one piece of new furniture. Check out process needs to be changed, if information is provided online upfront, actual pick up should be more expeditious. Pick up was way more complicated than it needed to be!!!!Lisa E.

The customer service, equipment, and assistance at this location were all exemplary. However, it was EXTREMELY inconvenient that I was required to provide an alternate phone number WITH a voicemail service. I, like MANY modern Americans, only own a cell phone. My ONLY alternate number was my work number. I provided it, but because it doesn't have a voicemail, I was forced to offer a friends number just to get the rental. This is an outrageous policy, especially given today's technology. But for this absurd inconvenience, I would have rated my experience excellent. This will certainly impact how likely I am to recommend UHaul to a friend.Garrett B.
