The owner is rude and it may be a communication issue but he didn't seem to like what he does. and the app. wasn't working well to take the pix as there wasnt enough room for side views and the biggest issue is, its hot out here and we expected (as it was advertised I believe ) to have air conditioning and it didn't it was really a bad ride for 11 hours-- I would expect some sort of discount in the future- if I ran the place, just being honest

Valorie Ki picked up the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas i brought it back with 1/2 tank
David NIt was literally empty of gas.
Peter KI had placed the order for 12 furniture blankets and a u-haul hand truck. I got there to pick up the truck and he only had 5 of the blankets and this really heavy non-u-haul hand truck that my movers could not even use since it was too wide to go up the stairs. Also the truck was basically empty on gas when i got it (way less than a quarter tank). Made my move much more difficult than it should have been.
