It was literally empty of gas.
Peter KI had placed the order for 12 furniture blankets and a u-haul hand truck. I got there to pick up the truck and he only had 5 of the blankets and this really heavy non-u-haul hand truck that my movers could not even use since it was too wide to go up the stairs. Also the truck was basically empty on gas when i got it (way less than a quarter tank). Made my move much more difficult than it should have been.
HANNAH COvercharged for dolly I didn’t use and let the person checking me know I had changed the reservation and removed the item. Was still charged.
JESSICA BI chose in-person check-in and was surprised the facility had to rely on my mobile phone for completing ID verification. What if my phone was dead? What if my phone was an old flip phone? If either of those were true, my moving plans would had to have been cancelled and that was concerning considering how crucial moving that day was. A uhaul authorized service center should be able to provide full check-in service without their business relying on my technology.
