Tom has always been helpful - my first uhaul rental. Will be renting again next week. He had to contact he uhaul contact a couple of times since the system did not list any 20ft enclosed trailers which did take time out of his day. I am retired so mhy time is flexible.

I had an excellent experience with the associate in Mauston. The website, however, was very technical and difficult to navigate. If not for the very good personal service at this location, my ratings would not have been nearly so high.

Total experience was impressive. Both of the people I spoke with were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely rent from Postal Annex again.

The trailer did not have a jack or stand lifting the tongue up. This has a very heavy hydraulic brake system mounted to the tongue making it very difficult to lift. Not until after I had lifted it was I told there was a jack somewhere outside.
