I don't feel there is anything that needs to be improved. Staff were very friendly. I completely forgot to put diesel in until after I brought the U-Haul back and dropped the keys. I am so sorry.
KRISTINE VThe trailer was properly maintained and the inside was clean and in good condition. The outside was pretty dirty but that is understandable because of the road conditions during February in Wisconsin. It was strictly appearance related.
JONATHAN WThe trailer I was given was dirty with snow grime that I had to try and clean off the clearance lights which one of those lights did not work. I was also charged after hours drop off fee which I had the trailer returned before business hours but the business was closed early.
