The trailer was scheduled to be returned on July 3. I arrived around 10am and they were closed. Luckily, an employee was walking around and said that he would just check it in on his phone and send me a copy of the invoice. That was done. What would have happened if I had not seen him walking around?

Brian HI was not happy when I found out I paid $20 for an after hours fee. That’s ridiculous. Paying $20 to drop something off when no one is there. I won’t rent again.
JAMES KNobody there, after calling customer service and getting the link to self drop off without being charged extra.then you liars charged me the extra fee anyways. Best advice anyone could give U-Haul is don’t lie to customers and you won’t lose customers. Some thieves yall are. It wasn’t about the money it’s about the principle of being honest!
