Very happy with equipment and availability but the price quote was less than half what I was charged. I expect someone gorgorvyo tell me the mileage vhsrhw was above and beyond the daily rate. And van was not tall enough to stand up my refrigerator and it had to be laid flat in its back but i let it sit 36 hours to drain Freon ack into compressor and it is fine. I should have rented the small trailer that is open on top and had solid sides. Live and learn. I will ask for written quote next time. But LaVonne was very knowledgeable about equipment and got me going real quick. Please give her a hug for me

I would suggest not allowing Ms. Simington? (name on receipt) to deal with the public. The store was closed on Monday when we returned the truck. We followed directions given by Jonesboro location to refill the truck with gas, lock the truck, and drop the key in dropbox. I received a phone call Tuesday morning from Ash Flat Uhaul. The woman I spoke with was very accusatory and downright rude. Her tone was completely condescending. She informed me that we returned the truck dirty. After I asked a few more questions, she said that there was mud on the passenger side of the truck. I was nothing but polite with her as I told her that I was unaware of mud on passenger side, but her tone remained the same - rude. We did not drive thru any mud during our move, yet I couldn't prove it was there or it wasn't when we checked the trucked out. I will drive 40 additional miles to Batesville to return or rent a truck in the future. Is it really that hard to have a pleasant demeanor when you deal directly with the public? If so, maybe another job would be more suitable. I would not recommend using Ash Flat Uhaul (Powerhouse Equipment and Rental).

I believe they are going out of business. When I was there they were having a "going out of business sale" for their primary business.

I was scheduled to return the trailer in Sunday 11/4, but found out the drop-off location wasn’t open on Sunday ( pickup location needed a forklift-type machine to set the tongue on my hitch, so I knew it was very heavy) My wife called the AshFlat location on Saturday morning (8:05am) to see if anyone would be available to “unhook” the trailer from my tow vehicle any later than 5:00pm Saturday, and was told by “Sam” that HE would call us right back... we waited until 9:30am for his callback... NEVER DID CALL BACK! So I had to change plans and call off work (lost $75 in salary as I work 9-2pm on Saturdays) to get to AshFlat b4 5pm My contract says I picked up trailer on 11/2 @ 9:20am and was allowed 2 days usage...but I couldn’t return it to Ash Flat after 2 days usage (11/4) because they aren’t open on Sunday! And refused to accommodate the customer. Nothing on the contract says Drop off location closed on Sunday! This was the 3rd time I’ve used UHaul in the past 6 weeks.

The only problem I had with the tow dolly, was who ever used it before didn't know how to hook up the safety chain when unloaded. So I think they need show people how to operate the equipment they rent out!

The guys were busy with the other functions of the store I had a good experience tho, only recommendation I would have would be a dedicated person that does just the U-Haul part.

They charged me 70 pp for full tank. Gas is only 2.49 gallon. I put kes up with 1/2 not full. They didn't care. I couldn't stop cause I was at Mercy of neighbor cause I have MS and disabled son. We couldn't get car back on dolly to get home. No discounts. I could have saved 2-3 hundred going with budget. I needed that 100 deposit back badly. I had to pay 15.00 more. I won't rent again. I don't think.

Explain to the customer that if you pick it up say on the 15th at 9:00am it has to be returned before 9:00am on the 18th other wise you will be billed for another day. I would have picked up mine at 5:00pm instead of 9:00am I was billed another $55.00.

My contract number is87023475 they failed to give me a receipt for my return they lied to me about the money on my card said it would be returned after I returned the trailer then gave me an excuse of there printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a receipt

We returned the truck late and was not able to find the key drop off. There was little to no outside lighting. We even called the Uhaul number to see where to drop off the key. We were told that we had to drop it off at the office in the morning because they did not know where the drop off box was either. I had to go out of my way to drop the key off. I did find the key drop off the next day but it was not on the building but located on a post in front of the building. This would have been important information to know before hand.

I returned the truck looking just like it looked when I rented it. It had not been washed, but was not dirty when I rented it. It was a hot sunny day and there was no wet roads, however the person I returned it to wanted me to go wash the truck to avoid being charged a $ 25 wash fee. I told him I would not and would contact Uhaul if necessary since the truck looked just like it did when I rented it.

the uhaul worker hooked up my trailer. he said my hitch was weak but it would be ok.it was not ok. the hitch broke, causing damage to my truck. I dont think they should have let me ride off with a trailer and telling me it would be ok. i trusted their judgement.

I tried to call this location for initial reservation, and the phone numbers listed DO NOT EXIST. they are impossible to call.

The last two times I rented from uhaul it took hours just to rent the equipment because of the computer system thinking of buying my own equipment so don’t have to bother with uhaul anymore
