The mobile app failed when I returned the truck. The app completed and accepted the turn in but failed to actually turn the truck in. I called Uhaul 4 times and over 5 days before the issue was setled. An app that will appear to have worked and provide no record to the user is worthless. Overall the mobil app portion of Uhaul stinks. It is long and tedious and prone to require redo many times before completion. The service at Melbourne Auto Parts saved the day. Uhaul lost the ability to rent the truck for several days while it sat on the lot not showing the check-in.
