The A/C went out a third of the way through our 800 mile move. It was miserable and should have been checked before we took the truck. We also had reserved the truck well in advance and was told a day before picking it up that the location was closed on our pick up day. This was an hour after receiving a confirmation call on the reservation from U-Haul. The local office was nice and opened for our move, but the truck we received was not in good shape. It made the long move miserable.
