Latoshia BWas dirty and had zero gas. Had to immediately go to the gas station to fill up and ended up putting more gas than I needed to…returned with about 1/3 gas and only needed a 1/4 at return.

michael AThis is definitely the best place to pick up your uhaul truck in Warner Robins. Do not use 4800 Russell Pkwy. I had a truck reserved there and they gave it to someone else.

Marvin MThe employee was rude and inattentive. His phone was more important than my business. And once he quoted me a price double what was expected, he was upset that I correct him. He calculated two days instead of one. Once the trailer was hooked up he walked off without asking to check the lights. That might not be required but it should be.

Dale Das far as maintenance, check the air in ALL of the tires.... I had to find a tire pressure machine to ADD air to ALL of the truck tires and 1 of the trailer tires!! But staff was cooperative & customer friendly...
DAVID PNo utility dolly at location or moving quilts. Main uhaul location had quilts but no utility dolly. I had to pay for the extra miles to go to the main uhaul location and wasted moving time.

Quang DAll the people in the store were so friendly. The guy that helped us was funny and had great customer service. Answered all our questions by just giving a simple explanation while he was gong through the contract. They made the moving process great. Definitely recommend and will go back if needed!
Manuela MWhen I explained that the amount they were charging for gas wasn’t right because of how the initial store gave me an almost empty truck they pawned me off on corporate instead of acting with integrity and trying to help me. Even when I had receipts.

Patricia DThe truck was not clean. Dirt on floors and wrappers. I feel a truck rental should be similar to car rentals - extra clean and ready to use. The truck needs its driver and passenger door aligned. Must slam shut to ensure it’s closed. Pick up time was 3 pm Friday. Arrived at 4 pm Friday and was told my truck could have been rented out as I was late. Uhaul apparently only allows a 15 minute allowance for delayed pick up. Also was going to return uhaul after hours as I saw I was able to do this via my phone. This establishment has a gate and therefore I wasted a trip in the middle of the night for nothing. Overall I suppose the truck served its purpose in allowing me to move a lot of home furniture over the weekend but I have to say I will look at alternative truck rental options and pick up location options for future rental's

Philip lUpon entering, the employees at the location acknowledged and greeted my daughter and me. The employee that processed my reservation provided excellent customer service. The costs of this rental were so equitable that I did not ask if there was a military discount. I will recommend this U-Haul rental location to coworkers and friends of my military community.
