The individual providing service was not personable initially. He was actually unfriendly and assumed the equipment was being turned in late. He provided the necessary service ultimately but I would not want to go there again.

No one available to assist in removing the trailer from the truck. Since there is no jack stand on the trailer it was very difficult for a 68 year old to pick it up and drop it on the ground without getting injured. I would not recommend this place for returning trailers.

Very helpful. Went out of their way to make it happen. I'm recovering from surgery and they (3 folks in the end) could not been better to me. Part of my current trouble is poor talking skills, it must have been frustrating for them. Thanks to everyone. 👍

Made a reservation and when I get there no truck. This happened last time with uhaul so never again.

The 8x12 trailer is super heavy to connect by yourself. No one helped connect the trailer or even went over how it needed to be connected. I utube to figure it out because it's different than my personal trailer.

The truck had a window rubber seal that was taped in place on the truck door. During my travels with the truck the tape and seal came loose creating a horrible wind whistling sound in the cab of truck. I had to listen to that sound for 12 hours!

I will not rent from this location again I turned in the trailer on Monday. When the bill came it said Tuesday. I was charged an extra day. In the past someone went with me to check out the trailers and make sure it was hooked up correctly etc. The lady this time did not even go outside. Just seemed that I was interrupting the day with picking up a U-Haul. I will do U-Haul again just not this location.

The customer service at location was very poor. They acted like they knew nothing. Had to call customer service for pick up and drop off. Customer service was excellent they walked me right thru the process.

Nothing. Great experience. The truck did have some trim damage on the passenger bedside when we picked it up. I took a picture of it and submitted it when we left. Other than that, great truck and will use again anytime

I had to ask for help from someone at this location to assist in removing the tongue from the ball hitch. Guy was too busy on the phone to show much interest in getting the trailer back. Lazy.

The ratchet tie downs were rusty and I had to soak them in oil to get them to move (work) . However the trans port worked very well for hauling my Ford 641 tractor , very nice equipment . The man at the location said he would not help me hook the trailer up or check it out before I pulled out . He also could not get any information to work on his laptop . And asked me if I knew what should be put in and how to do it . I had to go back home and call u-haul and get a copy of the reservation . I took this back to the location and showed the man this and he did not want to recognize the reservation . I had to insist I had a contract with u-haul and I was going to hook and use the trailer as per the reservation . What a poor experience but good equipment .

This location was the closest one to my home so I had to travel 70 minutes to drop off the truck. It was fast and easy.

Trying to get hold of a person from the main Uhaul number was difficult. Satin hood 8 minutes and finally just hung up without ever getting someone to speak to.

It seems the person working behind the counter at the gas station did not understand what to do. For example he did not check his invitory to make sure what is there is correct. The trailer I was given did not match what he put on the computer and he had no idea how to change it. He called cooperate and I ended up talking to them because he was confused. He did not help with booking it up for over 15 minutes because he was too busy. Oh by the way the trailer was the only one on the lot and he never co firmed it was the correct one the system said he had.

Great service. Only surprise was that I planned to use my phone to pick up and drop off, however I could not find a link to use for the pickup process. My reservation link took me to the reservation page but I didn’t see a link to start the pickup process. Luckily the establishment was open and I was able to get service, and it was excellent service so it worked out fine.

Was not satisfied with the equipment, it was clean as well as you can expect for a vehicle that a lot of people uses. The issue I have is the truck was not full. I was given a $20.00 credit, but I had to come out of my pocket with $85.00. This was not satisfactory to me , that this truck was setting on this property empty. I would have to to tell someone about my experience and than let them handle the situation themselves. I was not satisfied with having to fill up the truck. I brought it back full, why didn't they check before the other person left. I have used U-Haul a lot (look it up) and every time I brought a truck back, someone went outside and check for fuel mileage and condition. This location is convenient for me and my experience this time was horrible because I had to come out of my pocket for $85.00. Horrible, Horrible.

Got the rental 2 hours late and was given no compensation for the employee's lack of effort to get to work on time. Check engine light came on after one trip. Had really bad brakes. Overall a terrible experience AND got charged extra when I was told I wouldn't be.

My experience was incredible at Chubby’s and the service was amazing. Harsh, the U-haul representative on site, was professional, courteous, and considerate. He helped me understand the business side of the transaction and also took his time helping me back out and feel comfortable operating a large moving truck! I would recommend Harsh and Chubby’s and I will use them again in the future. Thank you

I think the trailer could’ve used some much needed maintenance on the trailer (inertia) brake. Tires were getting pretty bald, but the trailer was there, the attendant was nice and helpful, and drop off was easy.

Disorganized. The guys at the gas station where we picked it up had no idea how to process getting us the trailer. They just hooked up the trailer and we were leaving;then the mgr called them and I had to get on the phone. He did not have the details of my rental even though it was on the reservation. Very disorganized and frustrating.

Dropped off trailer on Sunday. Monday was a holiday. Called on Tuesday to confirm, they still had not logged it in as "received". They did after I called. Would have been nice if they did that on their own without me needing to follow up.
