The store owner was efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. No problems at all on rental or return.

Uhaul.com return process was very frustrating because it would log me out and I would have to start over
CODY M.Trying to get hold of a person from the main Uhaul number was difficult. Satin hood 8 minutes and finally just hung up without ever getting someone to speak to.
Gregory G.It seems the person working behind the counter at the gas station did not understand what to do. For example he did not check his invitory to make sure what is there is correct. The trailer I was given did not match what he put on the computer and he had no idea how to change it. He called cooperate and I ended up talking to them because he was confused. He did not help with booking it up for over 15 minutes because he was too busy. Oh by the way the trailer was the only one on the lot and he never co firmed it was the correct one the system said he had.
Bobby G.Great service. Only surprise was that I planned to use my phone to pick up and drop off, however I could not find a link to use for the pickup process. My reservation link took me to the reservation page but I didn't see a link to start the pickup process. Luckily the establishment was open and I was able to get service, and it was excellent service so it worked out fine.
