Warn customers about the self-return app. If you make a mistake, you cannot go back and edit. I returned my retal with more gas than I started with and uploaded a pic through the app to prove it. I did not however accurately use the slider selection tool indicating where the gas gage was filled to. I was off by one tick and I got charged $11.90 for gas though my photos show I left it with slightly more fuel. I started with 70 miles to empty and left it with 80+ miles to empty. I disputed the charge upon review and did not continue with payment selection, but there was no way to edit the submission. The app completed my return anyway and I was ultimately charged additional fuel costs.

Nothing! The truck was clean and in great mechanical shape, the parking access was outstanding, and the customer service was FANTASTIC. The gentleman was kind, polite, helpful, and best of all, treated me with the type of human goodness you wish was more prevalent in the world. Best interaction of the whole UHaul interactions over the past twenty years (and there have been many!).
