The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. When I arrived for the pickup the man was extremely rude. He told me he didn't want to do the check in because I scheduled it 8:30 and how i was interfering with him preparing to close the store. He asked me several times why I needed it for that time. I should not have to explain my business to your uhaul service attendant. When i return for the drop off it was a different man. I asked him for assistance in unhooking the trailer i rented from the truck I rented and he told me he wasn't going to help me either. He told me to ask someone in the parking lot to help me. I have rented from uhaul several times before and this place has the absolute worst customer service of any business i have ever dealt with. If my employees gave this level of service, they would no longer be employed

Victoria sWas I charged a cleaning fee? The cleaning should be included in the price. Also, a 13-mile fee. Since I rented it an extra day, I should have had more miles available to add.
Paul RExcellent experience. Check out was easy. Truck was new, clean, and was easy to drive. Check in was seamless. I would definitely recommend renting a truck from this location again. Job well done.
James BDidn't have furniture dolly I needed. Did give me a hand dolly. Other than that, great
