Uhaul need to upgrade the app for a smoother check out (returning vehicle). It very conveniently works for the check in (pick up your truck), VERY CONVENIENTLY picks up geo location etc. But when trying to drop off, the geolocation does not work. I have pictures to prove it. Since 2020, to date, our company has rented close to $30k in rentals (again, have the receipts to prove it). Last saturday (18th July 2026) I tried to return the truck but due to the app & website & text link not working, I had to take pic proof of return which was 1hr later than the return time, now I am being charged for an extra day. I spoke to an agent today to rectify the issue. Now waiting for a call from the Manager Jimmy, who apparently is the only one who has the authority to reverse the charge for the 3rd day. Lets see what happens. I will escalate depending on the outcome.
