Had to wait for service. They were not interested in checking the truck, gave me no receipt or paperwork. I felt uncomfortable leaving the truck without more acknowledgement of the return. We then got a phone call 4 days later from UHaul looking for the truck. Surprised that the return didn't go into the system much sooner.

The attendant was not familiar with the process and needed to contact his boss who was on vacation. This led to delay for us getting packed and on the road. Location was further than expected.

The trailer's wiring connection to the truck was damaged, and the wiring insulation was . The attendant repaired the wire, but because of the damaged connection, the lights on the trailer did not work. I was told that I can purchase the wiring harness at local auto part store. Due to timing. I agreed to do so, even though it was not convenient. I also discovered that the driver side turn signal was not working when I installed the new wiring harness.

Everything was great EXCEPT, when I went to pick up the truck using your app, the directions it gave me to find the key were wrong. It said the key was in a lock box at the rear door. It didn't say the rear door of what so for 20 minutes I was looking all around the location at every possible door as well as the door of the van. I called your 24 hour hotline and they only had the instructions; they tried to call the owner but it was 7:00 am so the owners' phone number was not open. The van was unlocked so, FINALLY, I started looking everywhere I could think of - under the viser, in the glove compartment, etc. Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw the key under the passenger seat. Just before that, your 24 hour person was just about to find another location for me to go in order to get a different van. It was super frustrating.

Wonderfully accommodating owner who made the return very easy. Even though the location was not technically open on Sunday, he went out of his way to help with the return process on phone and accepting the vehicle. Professional, polite and friendly. I will definitely be back!

My order was incomplete. No blankets or dolly. I waited an hour for my truck. One of the workers was smoking in an area connected to the waiting area.

i dropped my truck off on a wednesday and the following monday was still getting calls saying i never returned my truck. communication between drop off / uhaul was bad.

Representative was very helpful since our reservation had been deleted in the system when we added days to our previous reservation by a different rep, over the phone a few days prior.

We almost had an accident trying to pull off a busy highway when we were unable to turn into the mud driveway entrance because a back hoe had blocked any vehicles from getting thru.

We tried to purchase an additional day of rental once our trip started.After attempting 3 calls totaling what seemed to be an hour on hold we were told no because the unit was assigned to another customer. We saw it not move from the drop off lot for several days. This was disappointing haul would have made more money.Telephone reps were a waste of time.

My move experience was a nightmare with U Haul. They sent me to pick up a truck at a business that was closed. The owner of the business sends a person that doesn't know how to process the rental. I was supposed to get the truck at 9 but didn't get it till 1 in the afternoon. I lost half of my moving team because they couldn't stay. I am very disappointed and they hopefully will credit my account as I did not even sign a contract. I doubt I will ever use U Haul again. Oh and the drop off location was closed too.

Very clean vehicle and excellent service. I needed a small van to do some light moving. I spoke with John at precision service center on rt31 in West amwell, nj who has uhaul rentals. Within 10 minutes I had a vehicle picked out, keys and paperwork in hand, and on the road. I would highly recommend this uhaul center to anyone. 5 stars
