Teach your employees how to rent a truck. Explain there is a tow haul that was turned on and I had no idea how to turn it off. I find the price I was charged for a few hours totally unacceptable and I felt robbed. All I needed was a pickup truck and they said I would need the 15 Ft truck I will never rent from Uhaul again
