Feel bad for giving this location a bad rating but the overall experience was terrible- reserved a tow dolly online location and got to that location for the owner to be out of town. Had to drive 20 minutes back in the opposite direction to a different location. Got to this location and they were having some kind of event. Never met with an actual person. Called the number on the door and he told me where to park and that if I needed help hooking up the dolly. Hooked it up myself. Got to my first pit stop and realized both taillamps on the dolly were not secured with screws or rivets. Had to use electrical tape. The. Reviewed my receipt and found that I was charged the tow insurance when I declined that option making the reservation-
