This facility had nice people but no one to assist me in hooking up the car trailer I rented. A trucking instructor tried to help but was physically unable to do much. I did figure it all out eventually but the whole process took an hour and a half.

No one was there when we returned the product and although the customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful it was a little nervous feeling just dropping the dolly off without a person being there.

Provide correct information. I rented a car hauler for one day and since the location was closed on Saturday, I was told I could drop it off in an open location in Mobile, or hold it until Tuesday. I drove to three locations, which, according to the Uhaul website was open, but drop off was unavailable. I finally drove to a fourth location which received the vehicle. The information is not updated/correct on the website.

I reserved the trailer online at this site but when I went to pick it up there was no record in the computer. When they called U-Haul I was told that I had to go to a location miles away. The lady managed to get the contract transferred after about an hour delay and I was told that I rated a refund that I never got.

Should have a clearly designated area for after hours drop off, or at least answer the phone when your customer calls the after hour numbers posted.
