My wife and I have been utilizing Premier Storage since September 2016. We were relocating to the area and doing a complete remodel on the home we purchased. We went from renting their largest storage locker to a small 5 x 10. We highly recommend this facility it is very clean and well maintained.

They cancelled on me because they let someone use the vehicle that I reserved and let them keep it extra time. Because of this I had to wait 2 more days to get the uhaul. They were rude, and the truck was dirty inside. They wouldn’t do a walk around with me so I had to do it myself and then go back in and ask questions. Very upset with this experience. I’ve used Uhaul a lot in my adult life and this time has left a very bad taste in my mouth. May use a private moving company next time. This isn’t a bash on Uhaul but a bash on the location that I got my truck.

Was not allowed to speak to a human and had to use the Internet to return. Was told that "if you want to do a walkthrough with a person, you can pay the late fee and return it when they open." Very dissatisfied with overall experience with Uhaul representation but the equipment and use was great.

Not a good pick up experience. I ordered supplies and made reservations online. I received an email my pick location was changed. I had to go to the original location to get my supplies and return to this location to pick up the vehicle. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. Total confusion at both locations. Not a good experience.

Had a return time set by U-Haul for 8:06 AM but location didn't open till 10:00 AM? So dropped truck and trailer off, didn't get response till almost 10:30.

This was my 2nd trip moving from KY to ND. In Oct had a 26’ no issues from start to finish. Now this trip was a 20’, my parents rode back with me. Here is my list of complaints. Headlights/ wipers horrible, brights were no better than regular lights. The truck had been smoked in, me & my mother are both allergic. That is my delay in responding I actually just got over bronchitis, the dr advised me being allergic & stuck in that truck that long would definitely be the reasoning. My mother had to go to the ER once we got here the first night for breathing problems. I feel if like anything people should be able to pay for clean smoke free trucks. The cargo area was filthy. If this was the first move that had cloth items like furniture/ mattresses I would returned it. I had to swept this truck out before I even started. This truck has no lighting down the sides, in the dark you had to look for just a glow from the brake lights on the back.

Nice facility and very friendly staff. Limited hours of 10-4pm M-S, and closed on Sunday were the only drawback to the facility.

Other than the directions via the app everything was efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and, the establishment was tidy and clean. The directions were unclear as to exactly where the location was. I did have to call for further directions.

This storage unit was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and operated in integrity. I have used my unit for 4 years and NEVER had any problems. They were great! I would highly recommend them for any of your storage needs.

It would be nice if the facility would have expanded hours on dorm move in/out weekends for Murray State University. We knew the hours were 10am-4pm and were able to make it work, but it added stress to what is already a hectic and stressful weekend.

Great experience for a short term rental for my son. Will return when the need arises and would highly recommend for families needing to store college belongings over the summer. A friendly and helpful staff made it worry free for this out of state mama.

The box part of the truck we rented was dirty and the cab smelled like an animal. It also ran rough. The men that worked there were great - I had no problems with them or their service.

This way, by far, the best U-Haul rental experience we've had. The guys at Premier Mini Storage were friendly, fast, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. It is a fairly significant distance from our home and we would happily drive an hour to rent here again, should we ever need to.

Staff and equipment were great. I was able to get the trailer with the doors I like even though they didn't know to try to find me that one, like the pickup location I usually use does. It would have been nice though to have been able to pick up the trailer at the time I requested. Not sure why my requested pick up of 9 am at a different location was switched to a location that doesn't open until 10 am. Not the location's fault, but whoever assigned it to them. Not only did it mean I left for my trip an hour later than anticipated, I was extremely lucky to be able to find parking in front of my business to load the trailer. The neighboring businesses open at 10, hence why I request an earlier pickup time - to insure parking for myself and to disrupt their day less. Picking it up later inconvenienced a lot more people than just myself.

There was some stuff like mulch and a tooth flosser in it and a blower would have taken care of it. They should look inside and do that so I didn't have to.

OK UHAUL...I'm very disappointed in this transaction. I'll begin by saying both the pickup and drop off location we're excellent...only problem there was that the passenger seat belt would not connect...which is a major safety issue for the passenger. My problem was with the entire reservation process. I ordered the vehicle and trailer 5 days before I needed it. There was no sign that this equipment would not be available. But on the day of pick up, as I was pulling into what I thought was the place of pickup, I received a phone call saying the place of pick up in Paducah didn't have the truck or trailer that I had reserved, and that I would have to go 30 miles further south to another Uhaul location for pickup. Then, another jab, that place didn't have the truck I "reserved" so they would upgrade me to the next bigger size? So, I had already traveled 20 miles to get to the Paducah location...then add another 30 miles to that drive...which already busted the mover schedule I had set up with another company? Then to not get the truck size I requested...bigger isn't always better...I reserved the size of truck for the furniture I needed to move...a bigger truck means more room for furniture to slide around...it also means MUCH MORE GAS required for the bigger truck on an 850 mile trip!? I don't understand why I wasnt informed way in advance of the pick up time that my original reservation wouldn't be filled? Waiting until the day of pickup...and just a few minutes before the pick up time is just unacceptable. Then to change locations on me just messed up all the loading plans with the moving company, schedule and budget on the loading end. I will definitely not be renting from Uhaul anytime soon. Which is a shame, because normally I'm pretty happy with your services! TC Note: The "NO" above is because the seat belt on the passenger side would not latch in the "upgraded" truck that was provided. By the time I put a passenger in the truck for the long drive back to PA and figured out the seat belt didn't work...I was 50 miles north of the pick up spot and the truck was loaded or I would have taken the truck back. We had to tie my wife into the truck with a belt. :-(

I tried like heck to get a rental in Paris, TN to no avail. No answer on the phone, no staff available during posted hours, nobody there when we were told there would be somebody there. Go to Murray for your Uhaul needs.

The hours to access are inconvenient for people who work full time during the week. I would suggest at least one day a week open earlier or stay open later at least 6:00. Otherwise staff was excellent and so was facility.

5/26/23: Premier Mini Storage has knowledgeable and friendly staff who have been easy to work with. This is the only storage facility I would consider using in Murray, KY. It is climate controlled, has 24hr surveillance & is centrally located in town. They provide dolly's, hand trucks, etc to assist with moving your items in and out with ease. Prices are very reasonable and you can pay via their website if you choose to. For your convenience, they also stock reasonably priced moving/storage supplies.

I have used Premier Storage many times over the last 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. The staff are friend and helpful. The facility is clean and have never had to worry about rodents, roaches and spiders. I think the only down fall is when they are full and don't have any units available, but hope that helps with the new units.

Hello, I enjoyed my experience at premier mini storage. The only thing that was not desirable was mice had access to my things and there were mice dropping all over my things when i moved out. I was really surprised at this. I think you may have a small hole somewhere that they are getting in. Thanks for all you do I will gladly recommend you to everyone

Premier Mini Storage was an excellent facility. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The units were clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hours of operation were extended. It isn’t always convenient for college students and/or their working parents to get there between 10 and 4. A small freight elevator would be very helpful for those who have second floor storage units. Overall, I would definitely use Premier Mini Storage again.

Everything at the top applies. You've gotta purchase a 5.00 all access key. Which means you can come and go even if the facility is closed recommended. The employees super nice. They have everything you need ex rolling flatbed rolling carts. Step ladders plus anything you might need. Thanks again everyone at Premier Storage in Murray Ky

We have been very pleased with Premier Mini Storage while our daughter has attended MSU. Clean, convenient with friendly staff. Covid has affected the hours which is completely understandable. It would be helpful if they had later access hours during MSU move in/out weeks though.
