Wonderful people to work with! We were 6 hours late turning in our 4x8 trailer due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control. I got a text message from them with a phone no. to call if I had a problem. Called and they were very understanding! Will continue to do business with them indefinitely!

The location truthfully was not the problem. I’m not even sure where to start. My adult daughter had reserved a 10 ft truck for 2pm under another reservation #. Upon the FIRST arrival, the reserved truck was not there. The location was not open so there was no one to talk to so she called the customer service rep number and was helped originally by a “local” manager. We requested a larger truck that was onsite for the same price as the 10 footer and was told that wasn’t possible. She changed the reservation to a cargo van that was available at another local location. A cargo van was significantly smaller than the reserved truck but at this point....hours into this nightmare... she needed to take what she could get. Upon arrival to the SECOND location, the check in would not verify her and so she called the customer service line again. This time she was “helped” by a woman who hung up on her and SEVERAL of her friends who were trying to help communicate with this woman who seemed to have a language barrier. She hung up on them several times. After being hung up on by your rep, they returned to the apartment without the second reserved vehicle. At that point I called and reserved the cargo van (although the rep told me there was no van available initially..and I had to give her the location and explain that we had just been there and knew it was there. Then she found it and reserved it under this res#.) I went to the site and by some MIRACLE was able to retrieve the van and continue on to help her move in the POURING RAIN. We lost most of our helpers In the meantime because they had lives and things to do. The van was much smaller so we had to make multiple trips back and forth to get her larger furniture in the van. If we had the originally reserved truck that would not have been necessary and our mileage would have been less than half of what we ended up being charged. We should have been moving at 2:30 pm at the latest and done by 3:30pm. Instead we were moving at 5:00pm and not done until 7pm in the pouring rain, damaging furniture and mattresses. In the process. I am extremely upset at the service provided and the system you have in place.

I only dropped off at this location, so I didn't really have much experience with them. They were very friendly and helpful even though I was returning the truck as they were closing and leaving for the evening. I know that their local reputation is excellent.

I was charged $100 deposit and then another $35.89 on top of hte $100 deposit that was kept. The sign inside the store said $79.00 unlimited mileage and 24 hours. I kept the vehicle 11 hours and was charged way more that than and I brought it back clean and the same amount of fuel in it. I will use Budget or a Local moving company in the future. And will NOT recommend your company to anyone.

The only drawback to our experience was that the ride was awful. It literally felt like we were lurching and jerking, forward and backwards, up and down, as we went down the road. The suspension system was terrible and made for a very unpleasant ride.

This is a very slight detail. So slight I almost do not want to mention it. When we picked up the truck it was the last truck on the lot. It was located out by the road which was a long distance. It would have been nicer had it been closer to the door. Again this is a very slight point and one that is hardly worth mention.

I received a 20ft truck instead of a 10ft. The mpg is terrible in the bigger trucks. I will never take a free upgrade in size again. I will take the size I need. No bigger. I think uhaul could have did better at finding me a location with the correct trick size I was searching for.

Have the truck where you said it would be when you rented it. Also, I had to go way out of my way to get the truck and then you tried to make me pay more because of the location. Are you kidding me? I actually should have gotten a discount! Also, where do you get off charging an environmental fee? Seems like I got took for a fast 5 bucks.
