Had a return time set by U-Haul for 8:06 AM but location didn't open till 10:00 AM? So dropped truck and trailer off, didn't get response till almost 10:30.

Michael KThis was my 2nd trip moving from KY to ND. In Oct had a 26’ no issues from start to finish. Now this trip was a 20’, my parents rode back with me. Here is my list of complaints. Headlights/ wipers horrible, brights were no better than regular lights. The truck had been smoked in, me & my mother are both allergic. That is my delay in responding I actually just got over bronchitis, the dr advised me being allergic & stuck in that truck that long would definitely be the reasoning. My mother had to go to the ER once we got here the first night for breathing problems. I feel if like anything people should be able to pay for clean smoke free trucks. The cargo area was filthy. If this was the first move that had cloth items like furniture/ mattresses I would returned it. I had to swept this truck out before I even started. This truck has no lighting down the sides, in the dark you had to look for just a glow from the brake lights on the back.
