The hours to access are inconvenient for people who work full time during the week. I would suggest at least one day a week open earlier or stay open later at least 6:00. Otherwise staff was excellent and so was facility.

Kimberly B. | Overall Experience5/26/23: Premier Mini Storage has knowledgeable and friendly staff who have been easy to work with. This is the only storage facility I would consider using in Murray, KY. It is climate controlled, has 24hr surveillance & is centrally located in town. They provide dolly's, hand trucks, etc to assist with moving your items in and out with ease. Prices are very reasonable and you can pay via their website if you choose to. For your convenience, they also stock reasonably priced moving/storage supplies.

The facility is clean and have never had to worry about rodents, roaches and spiders. I think the only down fall is when they are full and don't have any units available, but hope that helps with the new units.

The only thing that was not desirable was mice had access to my things and there were mice dropping all over my things when i moved out. I was really surprised at this. I think you may have a small hole somewhere that they are getting in. Thanks for all you do I will gladly recommend you to everyone

I do wish the hours of operation were extended. It isn’t always convenient for college students and/or their working parents to get there between 10 and 4. A small freight elevator would be very helpful for those who have second floor storage units. Overall, I would definitely use Premier Mini Storage again.
