Pleased with initial interaction, besides the original rental not being available and then having to use a larger vehicle. Most displease with being charged 76$ for a 9 mile discrepancy in the gas. Attempted to contact customer service and they could not provide proof of needing 76$ in gas or that I was low on the return amount of gas. Unwilling to provide any reimbursement for 1) the inconvenience of the larger vehicle or 2) charging 76$ for 9 miles of gas. Make sure you take pictures of the before and after of your gas gauge because they will charge you if you’re short a few miles.
