Didn’t have brake light cable, had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up with one. Got a dumbass running the operation

I reserved for a different location and was called the day before that the pickup location was changed. Upon arrival there it was a gas station with one person working. My pickup was at 9am. This person was attending to customers that come in. His internet was being worked on. The system was down and he had to call another location to help him and it took an hour and half before I could leave with the truck. The attendant didn’t even come look at the truck upon leaving or returning. It was poor service all around. I lost an hour and half of time which I had paid help standing around waiting. Felt I was over charged compared to what I was told in the app. Also when I got the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas. Poor service all around.
tammy rIt took over 2 hours for them to get our U-Haul to us, we lost our moving help on the loading end because of this, this was unexceptable. As a result when we got to where we were going it we had to wait and extra hour with our young children in our car before we could move in. This day became in unimaginable nightmare.We were life long U-Haul users, my wife and I have moved 10 times with this company. As a direct result from this experience We will never use U-Haul again, and I will inform everyone who asked how my move went how terrible this experience was in hopes that they don’t make the same mistake we did and use this company as well.

CHRIS HThe equipment was fine, but the employee upon equipment return entered the incorrect fuel level and did not record accurate time in/out which caused me $130 of incorrect fees. When I tried to address this on site the employee just shrugged and said I needed to contact uhaul. I called the support line and got this fixed/refunded.
Andrew SI was charged a fuel surcharge. I brought it back with the same lev of fuel it picked it up with.
William FHonestly, nothing. The attendant was very sweet and extremely helpful and went above and beyond, in every way, to make the process quick and easy. I've been working with uhaul for a while now and I've never felt like taking the time to review the experience. This is the best one!
