The equipment was fine, but the employee upon equipment return entered the incorrect fuel level and did not record accurate time in/out which caused me $130 of incorrect fees. When I tried to address this on site the employee just shrugged and said I needed to contact uhaul. I called the support line and got this fixed/refunded.
