I had booking for Uhaul from 2pm Friday to 2pm Saturday. But I returned uhaul early Saturday at 9am itself. I gave the keys to the uhaul person who said he will check the truck after he is done with an urgent task. But he extended check it to after 2pm and now I have been charged double for the rental. This is outrageous. If the uhaul personnel cant do his duty of properly of serving the customer right, and deliberately does thing to over charge the customer, he shouldn't be operating this business. This is unacceptable. Customer returned early but is overcharged for late return. Very shitty service.

Staff member at site very helpful. Process rodent and return easy via app. You may want to check air conditioning in truck. Blew cold intermittently. Thank you for a great experience

It’s a little hard to locate the place as there’s very minimal signage!

Having to return it to the same location was not what I wanted. Truck to minutes to start and the full was n 49 miles left and I filled it and still got charged gas. Won’t be using this location again.

Overall, I loved the experience. As someone who regularly drives a sedan, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the 9-foot U-Haul was to drive. It just took a little time to get acclimated to the vehicle's size, and I was able to manage well using the mirrors. The braking and pickup were excellent, and I don't have much to complain about. The only thing I'd suggest is adding front and side parking sensors, as I was a little worried while parking and maneuvering the vehicle in and out of parking spaces. Another nice-to-have feature would be an option to view the navigation on the vehicle's display. It's possible the feature was already available and I just couldn't figure out how to use it.

Yes just make sure to pay attention to the pick up and drop off details

the lockbox did not work and the code was not working, i ended up waiting in the sun in 110 degree weather. if there was a way to request a refund i would, it was a poor experience for me.
