Basically a fenced junk yard (mixed u-haul equipment and junk cars) next to a convenience shop. The shop operator basically told me to drop the trailer in a certain spot. I asked for a confirmation receipt but she walked away. There also was a language barrier. There was no trailer tongue jack available so I had to lift it off my hitch. I was barely able to lift the trailer off the hitch. A small person or lady would likely be unable to disconnect the trailer. I called the national number and customer service immediately sent me a free and clear receipt. He was very helpful. This location is horrible. The best thing to do is shut it down.

JOSE DThis place obviously didn’t have much uhaul business, there were two options in the parking lot and the attendant called someone else who did all the work. They were the closest option with the trailer I wanted (had a ramp) but turns out they didn’t have a dolly. And I had to wait 40 minutes to get the trailer. If I was uhaul corporate I would find a way to have another location have a ramp trailer and close this location, because it is a poor reflection of uhaul as a whole.

KAYLEE SThis guy should NOT even have the U Haul sign. It was a hideous ordeal & 2 hours later I get my truck to have him change my return spot. Yet customer service helped me out. I love U haul & I’ll continue to use… just not from that idiot
