The app wouldn’t accept my location when I arrived at the drop off spot. It was strange because I had accidentally pressed return truck when I wasn’t there and it told me the location wasn’t at the drop off point. But when I got to the parking lot In wasted a lot of time waiting for it to get my location which it never did. In the end the clerk at the smoke shop where it was helped.

The employee in the store was helpful and friendly. The location itself could use a little "sprucing" up. There were no other U-hauls there but I did finally see the U-haul sign that told me I was in the right place. The employee did make the return easy and hassle free.
Dennis LVery expensive for just a trailer. Only had it for less then 24 hours. $160 should be for a week, not one day.

Vicki MWe originally reserved at a different location where we had rented before. They hooked up the trailer to our truck. They called and said we needed to pick up at this location. We made that work except they would not hook it up for us. With our health, we should not have lifted the weight to put it onto the hitch. Outside of that we had great customer service.
