He never checked the gas gauge and put on paper the tank was full when it was not! when I first rented it. The tank was not full. Then when I returned with gas gauge never moved. He said the tank was full. I said no it was not full! I then had to put more miles to find a gas station. I then put 30 dollars in the tank return it and then I explained the situation to another guy and he gave me back the 30 I put in for gas. Then I got charged an extra 30 dollars on my cc anyway. I will never rent there again bc of them charging me 30 dollars more for the extra miles I had to put on the truck to find a gas station. When I used truck and gas gauge never even moved because I had complete my move in one trip from point A to point B. It was beyond frustrating of a situation because he never checked the gas gauge and just put on the paperwork it was full when it was not full.

Rocio LAlthough they equipment was there they where missing an appliance dolly that I have requested over 2 weeks ago during my truck pick up schedule. Other than that everything was fantastic and fast.
Roberto VDrove during rain on the highway, water came up through the bottom drivers side in the storage compartment. Several boxes on the floor were ruined including the contents.

Probably the best U-Haul experience I ever had... if I ever need U-Haul services again I will pointedly seek out the dealer that I used. I wouldn't think of renting from anyone else.
Scott EI rested for 24hrs. I was down with truck within 4 hrs. And was charged for 24hrs. Your company could have pro rated my cost but didn't. Not happy with ur company

STEVEN WWhen I arrived. My trailer was not available. Waited 30 plus minutes. Previous renters failed to return. When finally I got hooked up and where I was going to pick up office furniture. The back of trailer was filthy.
MICHELLE PThe truck had a couple of sensors that needed attention like the tires and it definitely wasn't the smoothest drive. But overall, the customer service was good. They were courteous and accommodating. I also like that they stay open longer than most of their competitors which was convenient.

JOHN MThere was a broken tire sensor that was indicated on the dashboard. Initially it was alarming, but I was assured that it was ok to drive.

MICHAEL PAt first I was supposed to go to a closer location. They called me 2 days before saying the other location didn't have a 26' truck. So I go to this location and they don't have a 26' truck either. So I asked her if she had the 20' truck and she said yes. So we all ring out and get the keys to the truck. We walk up to the truck and realize its only a 15' truck. So instead of making 1 trip in a 26' truck now it turns into 3 trips in a 15' !!!!!!! Wasn't happy but it could of been worse so I'm moved now that's all that matters!!!!!!
