Initially I booked for 10 feet truck ( 3 days in advance) but the guy gave me 9 feet truck. I showed him confirmation but his only argument was it’s unavailable.

I know I had booked packing blankets and a dolly. The vendor said I had not and that even if I had, he wouldn't let them go for a one way booking because he would not get them back. Obviously, this added unexpected logistics to our move. If the policy is that blankets and dollies are available for one way moves, you should enforce this with your franchisees, otherwise, your booking agents should not offer them. (The booking agent was wonderful by the way- VERY HELPFUL)
Kate JI originally booked a pick up for a 15' truck over a month in advance for a location within a couple km. A few days before my scheduled pick up, I get a call from uhaul that they changed the location. Told me it would be at the prince of whales location in Nepean, that was all the information I got. I drove 30 mins to the location only to be informed it's a different location in Nepean on Prince of Whales drive. So I drove another 18 mins. When I finally get to the right location, the drop off location was the wrong city (3 hours away). THEN the cart I had reserved with my initial order was not there. I had to call 4 different locations to find one available AND willing to rent, then had to drive 30 mins to ANOTHER location to finally pick up the cart. When I got there they hassled me and made me pay for it again EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT IN MY ORIGINAL ORDER AND HAD PROOF. Now I have to contact uhaul to get it reimbursed. Spent 2 hours trying to get this all sorted. What a shit show. The guy at the desk at this location was helpful, but uHaul directly sucks.

Vaibhav AIn the future if we need to rent a truck again, we will definitely go to this place again. Convenient, close to us and plus the store person is nice.
Maria MI had booked a 15foot truck for 8:30, when we arrived the truck was going to be at that location at 9:30. We could not wait as my daughter only a small window to move her things. We took a the small van. Yes it worked, but the point is the other truck should have been there. We will not use uhaul again.

LUCIANA GOnce during the winter, the wind shield wiper fluid was empty. I filled it myself. Besides that great service.

STEVEN BUpon pickup the gas Guage was slightly below the Full mark. I returned it totally Full. Cost $19. in gas for 28 km's. Just check the gas upon pickup.

Jacqueline CIt’s was a smooth transac and it was cheap but the vehicle was disgusting. There were garbages everywhere, the steering wheel was so sticky.
