Store manager was reluctant to help me rent a trailer after Uhaul fail to fulfill our reservation from another location. Store manager directed me to call Uhaul dispatch to complete rental process rather than assist me himself. One of the trailers on the property was not available to customers as it had not yet been "cleared by the Police". Unsure how long the trailer had been waiting for clearance. Uhaul did not fulfill our reservation and did not call 24 hours in advance to advise us that no trailers were available anywhere near our preferred location.
