The store said they were open at 8am. They were not. The store manager did not show up at all. A shell manger from a nearby gas station showed up and opened up the store so I could grab keys. He was FaceTiming someone who I think was the store manager and yelling in an Indian dialect the entire time. Over an hour delay because of this.
