I like the location as the women there are great but the Uhual was used for moving my oldest daughter and with 100 degree heat the AC was not cooling like it should which made for an awful experience. also, we always have an issue with scanning QR when dropping keys as there is no reception at this location. i tried calling Uhaul customer service a few times Sat & Sun to complain about AC As well as us overfilling the fuel, the picture that shows how many gallons to get back to starting point was not accurate and we ended up using $18 more than we needed to.

JENNIFER MAlthough the pickup site was convenient, clean and staffed by a friendly people, the return using the U-Haul app was painful. U-Haul quoted the pickup to be at 9:30am, the site was not open until 10:00am, closing at 2:00pm. U-Haul should have indicated that during the reservation application. I returned the truck after the sit was closed so attempted the return via the U-Haul app. Because of, I suspect because of poor cell phone connection, the pictures taken as per the app return instructions would not complete uploading. I tried for more that a half hour to complete the return instructions but came to a reality that it wasn't going to work so I left after placing the truck keys in the key return box. My complaint is with U-Haul; incorrect available time and reliance on an app that clearly wouldn't work at that location. However, it did appear that some information was accepted as the e-mailed receipt did show the correct milage and of course the billed fee and credit card charge.
