I am so impressed with U-Haul. It is one of my favorite companies now. I liked working with everyone I worked with. Everything was sooooo easy and efficient. I actually look forward to the next time I have to rent a truck!

Daniel AThe lock didn’t open. Spent a lot of time with customer service trying different options till finally got it off. No one was at facility. Was completely mobile pick up. Photos would not upload and I could not bypass. Again had to call customer service for a work around
