Drop off was easy, I bought insurance so I didn’t have to worry about them not checking the condition of the truck but it would help ease the renters mind if they would check the truck and validate that there’s nothing wrong with it before walking out of the drop off facility.

Super easy process!!
daniel BU-Haul was given to us not full of gas as said it would be. So we filled it to where it was when returning and were still charged $68.I sent a message about it, have gotten no response. I've tried to call no one answers the phone.

Daniel AThe lock didn’t open. Spent a lot of time with customer service trying different options till finally got it off. No one was at facility. Was completely mobile pick up. Photos would not upload and I could not bypass. Again had to call customer service for a work around
