Only downside is that it is a small area for returning equipment, especially a truck with an auto trailer attached.James F.

Have the tank full. Then have customers refil to full. I got it on a quarter tank, knew I wouldn't make it to my destination on that so I gased up before I left. Probably put $ 15 to 20 bucks more than I needed to. Other than that great experience renting from pro hardware.JACQUELYN JENELL H.

The van felt like it hadn't been serviced in a long time. It was loud and rickety and the engine didn't feel like it wanted to shift. The location itself was spectacular, though.David E.

The equipment was clean, but not well maintained. The truck would not start right away, it took 2 tries to start it. This continued throughout the day, but the employee who gave my dad the truck should have given him a different truck when he saw that the truck wouldn't start right away. Late at night my dad stopped to get gas and the truck wouldn't start at all. He tried many times to get it started and it wouldn't start. I submitted a roadside assistance request for him. While he was waiting he tried again and this time it finally started, so he drove back to Pro Hardware. He should not have been in that situation, the truck was known to have a faulty starter (or whatever the issue is) right from the start, so he should have been given a truck without any issues.TIMOTHY JOSEPH K.

Came to this location because the truck I wanted was out of stock at another uhaul. This location told me I could only return the truck to this location so I had to double my miles when I was taking the truck 50+ miles. My full order wasn't completed as requested. I did everything asked and my furniture pads were not in the truck nor was the dolly yet I was charged. Moving is stressful and this was added stress I didn't need. The cost was refunded (3-5)days but wasting my time on my move day to ask for it and scramble to compensate made my U-Haul experience horribleTyricia W.

While the gentleman that returned the truck for us was the definition of superb employee, the system that was used is terrible. When we arrived, the gentleman asked if we had fueled and we said yes. We drove the truck about 18 miles and it was below half a tank. We put in three gallons, taking us to more than we drove off with (started with a half a tank, returned with more than half a tank). The gentleman called me confused because he said that they were going to charge us because it said that we left with 13/16ths of a tank, which was not even close. The paperwork said half a tank AND we took a picture and put it into their (useless) app saying it was half a tank! The gentleman believed us and didn't charge us. Now the app, do you guys even pay attention to it? Is it linked to your system, but it certainly appears not. We were going to return the truck the night before, but after putting all of the info into the app, it was going to charge us $56.75 ($36.75 for gas and $20.00 for cleaning). In reference to the cleaning, when we first took the truck, the app asked us if the truck was clean and we said no and again, took pictures of it and saved it to the app. In conclusion, something is off on the app or your system because outside of the people we spoke to, we had an annoying experience.HILARY ANNE S.
