I am not impressed with paying 15$ cleanning fee when I brought back the trailer even cleanner then it was.

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience de location s'est très bien déroulée. Le camion répondait à nos besoins, nous avons parcouru environ 15 km seulement, nous avons remis de l'essence malgré la courte distance et le véhicule était en très bon état à notre retour. Ce qui a malheureusement complètement gâché notre expérience est l'attitude du préposé au retour. Le préposé est allé inspecter le camion pendant que nous étions déjà dans notre voiture prêts à quitter lorsqu'il est venu parler fort à notre fenêtre en disant d'un ton très sec et en parlant fort : « Une chance que je vous ai demandé si le camion était propre! » Sur le coup, nous ne comprenions absolument pas ce qui se passait. Mon conjoint est allé voir avec lui et il s'agissait finalement de quelques très petits morceaux de paillis au sol, probablement restés sous une boîte. Le préposé a sorti un souffleur, a donné un très bref coup et tout était déjà terminé. Malgré cela, il nous a reproché de ne pas avoir nettoyé le camion avant de revenir et a ajouté qu'il ne nous facturerait pas les frais d'entretien (j'espère!). Honnêtement, la réaction était complètement disproportionnée par rapport à la situation. Il ne s'agissait pas d'un camion sale ou négligé, mais de quelques petits morceaux qui se sont enlevés en quelques secondes. Il n'y avait d'ailleurs aucun balai ou équipement de nettoyage dans le camion; je ne m'attends donc pas à devoir transporter mon propre matériel de nettoyage lors d'une location. Ce qui m'a le plus déçue, c'est le ton utilisé. Je me suis sincèrement sentie réprimandée pour quelque chose de très mineur. Si le préposé nous avait simplement expliqué calmement qu'il restait quelques débris à enlever, nous l'aurions fait avec plaisir. C'est dommage, car tout le reste de l'expérience était excellent. Malheureusement, cette interaction laisse une très mauvaise impression et je ne reviendrai plus à cette succursale : 2215 Ch. de Chambly, Carignan, QC J3L 4N4.

Longue attente avant de récupérer le camion à l heure convenue. Service à la clientèle très très ordinaire. Retour du véhicule compliqué, mal expliqué et peu d aide de la part de la personne responsable sur place......pour nous louer avec Uhaul, c est terminé

They charge me gas .they told me it was full but when i took the truck it was not...the gauge was weird...i went to gas station snd the Guy filled the truck...and they charge me 15$ were i retourner the truck.and the engine was shaking alot with all kind of light in dash.

Frais de retard chargé sur ma carte meme si le retour à été fait dans les heures d’ouverture. Retour a 12:30 mais sur ma facture il est enregistrer à 17:15..

L'application ne fonctionnait pas pour prendre procession du camion le matin, un changement de location a été fait a la dernière minute, des frais pour les assurances de 16$ on été charger même si j'ai dit a plusieurs reprise que j'en voulais pas et en plus on m'a chargé 3,00 de plus pour 3 mile de plus que j'ai effectué

Pricey ! !! Way too expensive for 4hrs, have to do 3h of driving to find a place where i can rent that truck. 230$ for 4h... I will definitely find another way next time.

The boy at the Comtois explained to me badly how to close the contract. The way I understood it, I had to return after 24 hours to close the contract at the place where I had taken the truck, but I could have stayed at home to sleep and closed the contract online. I told him but he didn't care about my comments.....

I ordered a truck in Sorel-Tracy and I found out when I got there that the dealer did not leave the keys for me to pick up the truck. The day before I had gotten an email saying that everything was confirmed. An agent found a truck at Carignan, but I had to drive an hour to get there and an hour back to Sorel-Tracy. I had therefore to pay gas on my car and to pay my 2 moving guys 2 hours more. Bear in mind this review goes to Remorques et Attaches Sorel-Tracy and not to Produits d’Aménagement Palomino.

Both tires were on wires that were sticking out and worn out. Bubbles in the tires and the guy at the desk where we rent it was supper ignorant and rude and not helpful. Told us he did the inspection and because i put on my truck and took the trailer its my problem and to call road side assistance and it took 4.5 hrs and we missed our hotel and everything for this The license plate light was equally burnt out As both tires that were more then scrap and would have blow up with my family in the car and sent us into the ditch Im very very very upset that uhaul was this ignorant when it came to the safety of their equipment and customers I have photos of the tires and looking to be compensated for this

Il accepte pas les carte débit qu'il est très dommage seulement crédit. Aussi comme c'était le 1er juillet mon chargé a l'heure et non kilométrage. Ça coûté plus chère. Mais j'ai quand-même eux un bon service c'est pour cela je donne 3 étoiles.

I booked the movers with you and it is by far the worst moving experience i had in my life. They arrived 6 hour late, they broke my fridge, they damaged the stairs. Never again, it is a disgrace to call that service « 5 star movers »
