Took an hour and a half for the owner to show up after calling and waiting, my check in was at 9 I waited and didn't have my truck until 10:30. The business sign said open and every number we called went to an unavailable message. I don't know if uhaul communicated the pick up properly or what but we checked in online 24 hours before. Then I was sold a lock that didn't even fit on the Uhaul and was so flimsy the key broke in it.

I did an after hour drop off and the keys drop off box was unlocked. There was a lady at the location and she wasn't aware of the option of after-hours delivery. There were only two parking spaces and only one was available.
