My pick up location was changed the day before. This was a 60 min detour with the pickup time being later. When I go to pickup nobody knows how to sign out the truck. The pickup itself was another hour delay. None of the phone numbers worked. I had to go through roadside assistance and get transfered many times. This was hands down the worst pickup.
