Took over an hour to get the U-Haul, as the agents did not know how to work the U-Haul platform. At drop off it took almost another hour to complete the refund. They couldn't put it on my original card, so had to put it on another card The agent never checked the truck upon return instead leaned on my pics of the truck. Overall, horrible experience. Uhaul at a convenience store had a lot of delays with pausing for ppl buying items in store, staff being clueless on the platform, requiring constant back and forth with the uhual district manager to troubleshoot. The truck that has done 13K mi sounded like it was going to break everytime it started. Won't do this location.

RAKAN TMy pick up location was changed the day before. This was a 60 min detour with the pickup time being later. When I go to pickup nobody knows how to sign out the truck. The pickup itself was another hour delay. None of the phone numbers worked. I had to go through roadside assistance and get transfered many times. This was hands down the worst pickup.
Ha NJust took a long time to check in and get the keys. It took almost 30 mins.
