Explain pricing better , also contacting is nonexistent. Im not sure why I paid a lot more than I thought .

Tosha was absolutely amazing. She helped me with the issues that the pickup location refused to help me with and she helped me to prove that U-Haul customer service lied to me and caused me to spend more money.

I needed a truck for a in town move that was approximately 400 miles round trip, my rental truck was clean and did have new tires, that said it was an older truck with 140,000 miles and had approximately 6 inches of play in the steering and the seat felt like an older truck. I probably should have asked different truck before leaving the rental location. The place I rented it from was all good, people friendly and no issues at all with the rental process - the truck I rented needed to be retired long before my rental.

This was a very convenient location for me because it was very close to where I was staying and it is very spacious. The gas station attendant was super helpful and courteous.

The drop off location was a dive. I would of preferred to have been given a physical receipt upon returning truck but was told only an email receipt would be issued. I was holding my breath that I would receive a email receipt but fortunately I did.

I wasn’t able to complete the return steps online. There were some technical issues. Luckily the store was open and the CSR in the store helped.
