I came on a day the larger trucks where not available and I saw no improvements needed. Margaret is a pleasant woman to have assisted our customer needs.
Sabrina FAt first using the maps location on the application I ended up on the other side of town. I made a quick call to U-Haul to explain my situation & was very relieved when I spoke with someone and they were very understanding. Overall yes I would recommend this store to friends & family!

Veronica PWe were quoted at price and when we got there. The lady at the location stated to me that the truck was on E and if I brought the truck back on a 114 that I will get a $87 credit. When I return the truck. They charge me $87 stating to me that they gave me a $87 gas credit. She spied and I will and I was asking her. What if I bring the truck back on? E!Will you won't be charged anything? She should have stated to me that she gave me a $87 credit. But she did not. And I would have paid the full price for my rental. I thought my rental was one price and my rental was another price. It was very misleading. And I will not recommend U-haul or that place again. Because when you are quoted a price. That's the price you should pay U-haul or the car. Wash really got over on us. Because if my runner was 516 I would've paid the 5 sixteen, not the 487 and then been charged $87 and they're giving a 20 something dollar credit of the $87. This was a mislead on all aspects of this deal. I was quoted a price for $487 $87 but then was charged at extra $87 for a truck that I received on E and ya got a fuel credit from me. I think this is so misleading on so many ways. That's why I would just be messing with pinski. Or budget trucks. U-haul gets over on its customers. I had a one way rental. I did you guys a favor if you wanted to charge me to 516. You should charge me to 516. This was a misleading, the conversation and a rental. If my rental was more than it was and you gave me a $87 credit. You should have said that. You were going back-and-forth back and forth with me. And I told you that I did not want to credit. And at that point you should have said well. The price has changed to 516 and I would have paid the 516 I put almost a $140 in your truck. Your truck was on. E!At and then when I returned the truck. To the location in Las Vegas. I guess the man had his cousin or whoever returning the truck. It took a hour to return a truck. I wouldn't went to a real location. All these subsidized locations you have are misleading and ghetto. He was doing a drug transaction when we were returning our truck.

Steve CThe lady that works in the front kept giving me 2 different price. It was a poor experience I’ll never go back very rude and charged me too much and never got my deposit back. Was saying my card was coming out as cash when I was using card and wasn’t the price that was told to me I’ll never go back.. I do not Refer this place to anyone unless you want to be Ripped off

Kelly CI got a call the day prior stating the location I scheduled and paid in full to rent the truck wouldn’t have it and directed me to this location 65 miles away. I was NOT happy about the change, however the employee who assisted me with the accommodations at Purdy Clean was great. Friendly and helpful.

Amber BThis vehicle and less than a quarter of a tank in it with a gas station next-door and they couldn't fill me up they told me if I brought it back with a quarter of a tank I would get a credit. The windows were dirty, the mirrors were out of adjustment and dirty, they didn't do a walk-through with me regarding damage on the vehicle. My overall experience with U-Haul is very very disappointing.

Jesse AThe mobile app wouldn't let me return the truck on my phone. For whatever reason I ended up having to use a friends phone to return it after parking it. This ended up taking us more than a half hour. Maybe an update for the app. The shop and employee was great!

I reserved a storage that was too small but recommended by phone representative and the storage rep gave me a code for the gate that didn't work because he switched my storage space to a larger one but forgot to change my gate code.
annette dI wanted like 30 min to drop the truck off the employe said he was 30 min past to go home so just drop the key in the box everything was ok and 2.5 hrs later I notice a unexpected charge to my American Express card later followed buy a email of the receipt from u haul stateing that I didn’t return the truck on the correct fuel level so they charged my card with out letting me know hand I have pictures of the correct fuel level
Everett GTruck was an hour late. Truck was issued at 1/8 a tank of gas and i returned it ay 1/8 a tank. Was charged an additional 28 bux because it wasnt at 1/4 a tank. Complete bullshit.
Christian SIt would be nice to inform the rental place that I turned the car hauler in two hours after dispatched. Don't know if a discount would have taken place.
