There was a very nasty smell inside of the cabin while I was using the truck for around three hours. It made the ride extremely unpleasant. I believe the facility that I rented the truck from got it that day and they had may have not noticed the smell. I noticed it once I was already in route to my destination and really needed the truck, so just kept it and fought through the smell. I let the facility know about the smell, and they told me to review corporate for some type of compensation if that’s even possible thank you for your time.

HECTOR PThe staff was extremely helpful but truck was garbage! It was completely covered in salt spray to the point I had to stop at a gas station and clean the headlights so I could tell they were on. The windshield washer fluid was empty, had to stop multiple times to clean the windshield, the driver’s door was sprung and didn’t seal at the top of the door creating a loud wind noise making it difficult to hear the GPS, the cab smelled like exhaust gases each time you started the engine or stopped driving. It was the worst equipment rental I’ve ever had from U-Haul!
DARREN MFirst- we weren’t told anything about gas and got charged almost $50. Two separate times someone called to send me to a different location and I wasn’t told the location that I ended up at wouldn’t let us drop the U-Haul off at any location. So I ended up having to drive an extra 40 miles back there then 40 miles back home. Had I been told any of that- my bill wouldn’t be twice as high as it should’ve been
