Great customer service, was in and out with keys in hand in less than 10 minutes. Building/office was super nice. Return was easy; filled gas back up to the proper level, and dropped the keys off. Received my receipt via email the next day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe inside of truck was wet and smelled very musty . Ran well but doors do not shut well and there was a very loud whistle while driving
Colleen MExcellent experience working with this location. Everything went smoothly and Jack was easy to work with! Highly recommend
Jeanie GJust a drop off, no one was on site, so I don't know if they would have been helpful or not.
William MThere was a very nasty smell inside of the cabin while I was using the truck for around three hours. It made the ride extremely unpleasant. I believe the facility that I rented the truck from got it that day and they had may have not noticed the smell. I noticed it once I was already in route to my destination and really needed the truck, so just kept it and fought through the smell. I let the facility know about the smell, and they told me to review corporate for some type of compensation if that’s even possible thank you for your time.
